Life Safety Device Checks

Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers verified functional and current. Battery replacement and documentation included as part of every scheduled visit.

Trip & Fall Hazard Assessment

Identification of loose rugs, cluttered walkways, inadequate lighting, and other fall-risk conditions — particularly valuable for elderly clients and properties transitioning between tenants.

Lighting & Security Review

Exterior lighting function check, door and window lock condition, and visible security assessment. We note burned-out fixtures, compromised entry points, and any conditions that reduce visible security.

Safety Equipment Inventory

Fire extinguisher condition and expiration check, non-slip mat presence in wet areas, handrail integrity, and basic safety equipment status documented at every visit.

Structural & Electrical Observation

Visual inspection for damaged cords, overloaded outlets, entry-point tripping hazards, water intrusion signs, and visible structural concerns flagged for follow-up.

Exterior & Property Walkthrough

Full perimeter check covering entry points, visible roof condition, storm damage, driveway hazards, exterior lighting, and general property appearance with photographic documentation.

Package & Mail Collection

Collect packages and visible mail to prevent porch piracy and maintain an occupied-property appearance for vacant homes.

Emergency Coordination

We serve as the local first-response contact for alarm company calls, utility access needs, and neighbor-reported concerns that require immediate eyes on the property.
