Most flooring failures start before the first plank is laid — improper subfloor prep, skipped acclimation, wrong product for the application. Forge Point approaches every flooring installation the way finish carpenters do: substrate first, product second, installation third.

We install hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, and natural stone across residential and light commercial applications. We also handle full tile work for kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, and entryways — straight lines, tight grout joints, and proper waterproofing where it matters.

Solid and engineered hardwood installation with proper acclimation, subfloor assessment, and nailing or gluing to manufacturer spec.

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

Click-lock and glue-down LVP for moisture-prone areas, rentals, and high-traffic spaces. Proper underlayment and transition strips included.

Carpet Installation

Bedroom and living area carpet with quality pad. Seaming, stretching, and threshold transitions done right.

Porcelain & Ceramic Tile

Floor and wall tile for kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, laundry rooms, and mudrooms. Large-format, subway, mosaic, and custom patterns.

Natural Stone Installation

Travertine, slate, marble, and limestone installation with appropriate sealing and grout selection.

Subfloor Repair & Leveling

Squeaky subfloor repair, leveling compound, and substrate correction before any surface installation begins.

Heated Floor Systems

Electric radiant heat underlayment under tile for bathrooms and entryways — significant comfort upgrade for Colorado winters.
